Tory Nash has been practicing yoga since 2006. From her first Kripalu class with Gail Cannon she was hooked. Originally looking to yoga as a way to decrease muscle tension she soon found it offered so much more physically, mentally, and spiritually. She especially enjoys how these three aspects come together to calm and bring mindfulness to life both on the mat and off. In 2011, she decided to take her passion for yoga to a deeper level by enrolling in a YogaWorks teacher training program with Natasha Rizopoulos. Close to her love of yoga comes a love of great food. You can often find her in the kitchen whipping up something delicious.
