Intro Stretch Breathe & Meditate
Stretch Meditate and Breathe classes will introduce a number of different techniques to connect to the breath, relax the body and focus the mind. Breath Meditation, Focus Meditation and Guided Meditation will all be part of the journey. Meditation is the simple art of learning to focus our attention on one thing.
In the pace of day-to-day life it is natural to find our thoughts jumping from one thing to the next. This mental activity can feel very stressful even draining. Is there an alternative to find quiet peace in our minds? Meditation can help you access stillness and ease, anytime, anywhere.
For many the practice of meditation helps cultivate states of mind that promote tranquility and well-being, and relinquish states of mind that don’t. Meditation is a simple yet profound practice to improve the quality of life experience.
