We enjoy partnering with companies interested in stress reduction programs such as lunchtime or after work health lectures, or a series of talks. We offer interactive presentations and we can tailor the program to the specific industry. We also host groups at our studio.

3. We also offer Transformational Kinesiology, an energy based group facilitation process researched and developed by Grethe Fremming and Rolf Hausboel of the Polaris Center in Denmark.
