​Team Acara
What is Team Acara? 

Team Acara was established in 2009 by Gail and Steve Cannon. 
The Team rides in the Bike MS Cape Cod Getaway the last weekend in June. ( June 27-28 2015)​ as well as the Great Maine Getaway (Aug 8-9 2015)

New in 2015, Team Acara has a Beginners Bike Team that rides in the Bike MS Minuteman ride 25 mile route in Concord, MA on Saturday July 18, 2015. The beginners Team is for those that know how to ride a bike, and want to learn about riding for longer distances, group riding and road riding. We train on the Assebet River rail Trail from Hudson to Marlborough.  Join our Beginners Team.

If you are a more experienced rider, or would like a challenge, then the experienced team is for you.  The Experienced Team trains for the Cape Cod getaway  event on June 27-28. This is a two day event, each day covers 75 miles.Training rides for the experienced team leave from:
Wayside Racquet and Swim Club

Shining Star Award Recipients for 2012
Congratulations to Team Acara 2012 for completing another great MS ride and raising  $25,000!! We were #15 in team fundraising.

How to Join
Team members enjoy group training rides, and the nicest party tent on day one of the Cape Cod getaway. Go to www.nationalmssociety.org and look for Team Acara under Teams and join the fun! We would love to have you!
