Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga class starts with centering pose where the body becomes relaxed thus allowing the mind to become quiet. A meditation is then used to allow the mind to become focused and centered. Then a group of stretching exercises are used to warm the muscles. A series of poses are then used to focus the body and mind together helping the person to listen to their body. A cooling down of the body and final relaxation then follow to allow the person to feel the affects of the class and to help bring inner peace into their life.
